Brendan Dowling is our Head Coach here at St Peter's Aquatics Centre. Brendan has been actively working in the swimming industry for 10 years bringing children from Learn to Swim programs through to State Level programs. He is an ASTCA Bronze licensed coach working towards his Silver License accreditation.
Brendan's coaching philosophy is simple:
'To create an environment that encourages swimmers to learn and develop both in and out of the pool. To maintain positive relationships and to foster individual goals to achieve desired results.'

All St Peter's/Caboolture Central Swimming Club swimmers are expected to maintain the highest standards of behaviour at training, swim meets and club nights. Our Primary goal is for swimmers to enjoy themselves, to train hard and be respectful to the coach, staff and fellow swimmers.
Swimmers in the Competition Squad who wish to compete at QLD State Championships with a goal to qualify for Age Nationals should speak with their coach regarding which swim meets they should attend during the season. We recommend that swimmers enter no more than 2 carnivals a month. All swimmers are required to wear a CCSC swim cap when competing at scheduled meets.
Swimmers from all squad levels are encouraged to attend our fortnightly club nights and participate at the highest standard. Competition Squad is expected to train on the Friday afternoon prior to club night. It is a night where club members and families are encouraged to help with the night, socialise and more importantly have fun.
